Why does my Power Pack need to be recharged so frequently?

The frequency in which your Power Pack will need to be recharged varies greatly on the amount of use. To ensure the best results over the lifetime of your product, be sure to charge fully (to 100% capacity) before the first use.

Below are a few common scenarios in which your Power Pack will require more frequent charging, as well as tips to prolong the Power.

Furniture with USB ports and or lights
Lights of any kind are a constant draw on the power pack and will dramatically affect the effectiveness of the Power Pack (Approx. 72-192 mAh each LED per day). USB ports can also have a constant draw, but this will vary by manufacturer. A sofa with 2 USB ports that draw constant power can burn 120 mAh per day. We suggest our Power Saver to combat this issue. Available in our online shop.

1 or 2 motor piece
i.e.- recliner, loveseat, or sofa with no LED lights or USB ports.
An E2 should be sufficient to power pieces like these, however, you can opt for an E4 for twice the power, or an E6 for 3 times the power. Either option will result in less frequent recharging.

2 or 4 motor piece
i.e.- love seat, sofa, or sectional with 2 powered seats, with no LED lights or USB ports.
An E4 should be sufficient to power pieces like these, however, should you have LEDs or USBs we suggest using an E6 for 50% more power. You can also utilize the Power Saver to preserve power.

4 or 6 motor piece
i.e.- love seat, sofa with headrest, lumbar and recliner, or sectional with 3 powered seats.
An E6 should be sufficient for pieces like these, however, should you have LEDs or USBs we suggest using our Power Saver to preserve power.
